Junior spesialist is the educational qualification level of the higher education of a person who has received incomplete higher education on the basis of complete secondary education, special skills and knowledge sufficient to perform production functions of a certain level of professional activity, provided for primary positions in a certain type of economic activity.
Persons who have basic secondary education can simultaneously study in an educational professional program for the training of a junior specialist and obtain a complete general secondary education.
